Crowborough Town Council is urging local voluntary groups and organisations to apply for this year’s community grants.
Each year the town council allocates £20,000 in a Community Grant Fund to help local groups improve facilities or pay for activities.
A spokesperson said: “Crowborough Town Council welcomes and values the work of local voluntary groups and organisations in the town. If you, or someone you know, is part of a group that would benefit from a Community Grant make sure that you contact us.”
Application forms and more information are available on the council’s website (link below) and the deadline for submissions is 20 February.
The spokesperson added: “Applicants will need to demonstrate why the funding is required, with details of the project, together with how much funding is being applied for and how many Crowborough residents are expected to benefit.”
